The Cozy Up Studio
My personal favorite. Lovely and super cozy Studio, right on the ground floor (entresol) with easy access, for 2 guests. Even better, the city flat is facing our little jewel – the inner yard with it’s wonderful magnolia in the middle. Thus, you not only get a rare green view – in the middle of the city – the flat is very quiet! Especially during the warmer summer month you can relax outside, have a drink, and maybe make some new friends.
The size may sound small in theory, but the custom made interieur really leaves nothing to be desired. You get plenty of storage, a workdesk/table, and a comfortable couch. Of course you will get a fully equipped kitchen with a modern ceran stove, so you have the choice of exploring the nearby restaurants – or trying the new recipe you have read about lately. Moreover, we have an on-site laundry room. Do the washing anytime you want, and at no extra cost. The unique double bed is 160cm wide, and in a special niche. Please see the feature list of the city flat below for all the details. You really just have to move in!

Monthly Rate: 1110 EUR
Final Cleaning: 100 EUR (due once for every booking, per apartment)
Booking Fee: 40 EUR (due once for every booking, per apartment, non-refundable)
Deposit: 1/2 monthly rate
Optional Services
Weekly Cleaning: 120 EUR / month (1-2 PAX)*
Weekly Laundry: 80 EUR / month (1-2 PAX)*
